  • User Interface (UI):
    • Employee Dashboard: For bus cleaners and refillers to log bus numbers, report incidents, and view their tasks.
    • Admin Dashboard: For supervisors or admins to view overall statistics, generate reports, and manage operations.
  • Live Bus Tracking:
    • Real-Time Bus Tracking API: Enables workers to track the live location of buses, allowing them to plan their tasks more effectively and reduce downtime by minimizing waiting periods.
  • Data Logging and Entry:
    • Bus Log Form: Employees enter bus numbers and details of each cleaning or refueling operation.
    • Incident Reporting Form: To report any issues or incidents encountered during operations.
  • Database:
    • Bus Operations Database: To store records of cleaned/refueled buses, incidents, and other operational data.
    • Employee Management: To track employee details, wages, and work logs.
